"With what can we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable will we use for it? It is like a mustard seed, which, when sown upon the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on earth; yet when it is sown it grows up and becomes the greatest of all shrubs, and puts forth large branches, so that the birds of the air can make nests in its shade." (Mark 4:30-32 NRS)

Directions by Car and Train

We are located at the corner of Damen Ave and Ainslie St (one block north of Lawrence). We have both parking lot and street parking available; if the lot is full you may find options on Damen and in the surrounding neighborhood.

We are two blocks north from the Damen stop on the Brown line “el” train.

Directions from the Metra

If riding on Metra, take the Union Pacific North line that comes/goes from Chicago to Kenosha. Make sure the train you choose stops at Ravenswood. Disembark at the Ravenswood stop and walk west (towards Mariano’s supermarket/away from Golden Nugget restaurant) on Lawrence (this is a major street) for two and a half blocks. Turn right at Damen Avenue and walk for one block and you will be at the intersection of Damen and Ainslie Avenues. The church building is the building on the northwest corner (to the left) of the intersection.
